To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all patients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following policies before your visit.


Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your treatment on time.


Payment Policy

Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and other standard forms of payment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.


New Patients

If you’re visiting us for the first time, please complete any intake forms sent prior to your appointment.


Photography & Consent

As part of your clinical care, before and after photos may be taken to support treatment planning and to document your progress.

These images are used solely for clinical purposes and stored securely as part of your health record.

Any photos used for educational or marketing purposes (such as our website or social media) will only be shared with your explicit written consent.

You are under no obligation to consent to public photo use, and your care will not be affected by your decision.

By attending your appointment, you consent to photography for internal clinical use. A separate consent form will be provided if you choose to share images externally.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and is used only for your care and relevant communication with the clinic.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used retail products due to health and hygiene regulations.
